Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping mailer or a protective box.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
